The activation code will be provided after receipt of the USB Navigation Update. Please check which system you have so that you receive the correct code.

To identify the software version of the RT6 's audio navigation system, you must follow these steps:

• Press and hold the "SETUP" button.

• Select: Audio/phone diagnostics ; Confirm.

• Select: Installation description ; Confirm.

• View the displayed software version.

Important - The minimum software version (RT6) required to use this product is 2.10. Please contact us via WhatsApp if you have any questions.

The SMEG system is present in 3 different versions in the following Peugeot vehicles:

208 (2013-2017)
2008 (2013-2017)
308 (2013-2017)
508 (2014-2018)

We distinguish the following versions:
SMEG (only in 208 and 2008)
SMEG IV1 (SMEG+)
SMEG IV2

To find out which version is in your Peugeot, press the "SRC" button in the bottom left (208 and 2008) or the "gears" touch button in the top right for a few seconds. The version will appear in the hidden menu.

SMEG: SMEG 3.x
SMEG IV1: SMEG 4.x and SMEG 5.x
SMEGIV2: SMEG 6.x

SMEG IV1 is the somewhat more modern version of the earlier standard SMEG systems. SMEG IV2 also features MirrorLink / Apple CarPlay.
You CANNOT update from older versions to version SMEG 6.x to obtain MirrorLink and CarPlay, as this also requires a hardware update. Updating from SMEG 3.x to SMEG 4.x or higher is also NOT possible.

You can identify your system depending on the version of the firmware installed on your vehicle.

• With firmware between: 2.07 and 2.86 --> RT6 (WipNav+ / eMyWay)

• With firmware between 3.00 and 3.21 --> Smeg

• With firmware between: 4.10 and 5.43 --> Smeg+

• With firmware between: 6.05 and 6.4 --> Smeg IV2
