Product Details

After disconnecting the car battery, the TNS510 multimedia/navigation system erases the 'charger' (operating system) and displays the following message:

A program cannot be read.
Contact a dealer.

... and your TNS510 multimedia/navigation system is not working.

You must restore the system's 'loader'.

If your system is TNS510 (refer to the images above), this digital product is for you.

1. Copy the downloaded loader file to a standard SD card with a size of 1 to 32 GB.
2. Turn on the ignition
off 3. Insert your SD card into the SD slot (indicated in the image above)
4. Turn on the ignition and wait 1 minute. The system reloads the operating system from your card, the Toyota logo appears, and you are ready to go – your car's multimedia/navigation system is now fully operational.

Please note: there are no navigation maps on the card, only the loader for restoring the system.
